Earlier this year, Fourth Avenue favorite, The Chocolate Iguana annouced that they were leaving their home of 27 years on Fourth Avenue.
After an outpouring of support from the community, The Chocolate Iguana was able to find a new home on the Avenue, only a few doors down from their original space. The community breathed a sigh of relief and after a few weeks of construction in the new space, they officially reopened on May 24.
The new Chocolate Iguana is located inside what was formerly Lindy’s on 4th and was briefly The Old Spot by Lindy’s.
In the new space, you can expect to find the same purple walls, bookshelves full of candy, ice cream, espresso bar, and freshly baked pastries that made The Chocolate Iguana a Fourth Avenue favorite for over 27 years.
