Halloween for the whole family! There’s noting cuter than kids & puppies in costume. Join the Fourth Avenue Merchants for our annual Halloween event, Sunday, October 29. Trick-or-Treat up and down the Avenue and join us for the children’s costume contest.
This year we are adding Wag-O-Ween for our four-legged kids, which is being sponsored by Rosie’s Barket! Rosie’s is also supplying dog treats which will be given away at participating merchants.
