Tucson’s Pride Parade on Fourth Avenue

This weekend marks the 40th Anniversary of Tucson Pride! The festivities kick off on Friday at 7pm on Fourth Avenue with a parade and continue throughout the weekend. Read on for a list of Pride events on the Avenue.

SkyBar

Our friends at SkyBar are hosting the official after-party post parade. In partnership with Tucson Pride, head to SkyBar form 8pm – 2am to mingle with local and celebrity entertainers. Enjoy drink specials and dance the night away with a live DJ. For more information, see facebook.com.

VAMP at the Flycatcher

Get your Glow On! The Flycatcher is hosting an afterparty as well. From 9pm – 2am, rock your best (and brightest) neon, glow-y gear. The whole place will be lit with black lights, so you’re sure to stand out. For more information, see facebook.com.

IBT’s

IBT’s is hosting a Pride Party featuring special guest, Pandora Boxx from RuPaul’s Drag Race. The show starts at 8pm, with General Admission and VIP ticket options available. For more information, see facebook.com.

Creative Ventures

Chocolate Iguana

We all scream for Ice Cream! Enjoy $1 Rainbow Sherbet cones for the parade from The Chocolate Iguana on 4th.  It’s the perfect place to grab a cone, and take an iconic #selfie with the Rainbow Crosswalks. #WERK

Floor Polish

Saturday, October 8, head to Floor Polish for their Rainbow Salsa Dance Class. Learn salsa basics, steps and partner moves for LGBTQ+ couples. Classes are $15 per couple, visit floorpolishdance.com for more information.
