The Fourth Avenue Merchants Association (FAMA) has teamed up with Friends of Pima Animal Care Center to welcome back the Fourth Annual Tucson Subaru Pets of Pima Parade (POPP). This event celebrates the love between pets and humans, inviting community members across Tucson and Pima County to show off their cherished companions.
