The Chocolate Iguana to Close after 27 Years on Fourth Avenue

Fourth Avenue’s beloved espresso bar and candy shop, The Chocolate Iguana, is closing it’s doors at the end of this month.

This one-of-a-kind gem has been serving award winning espresso drinks, gourmet sandwiches, made from scratch scones and pastries, decadent desserts, fine chocolates, and nostalgic candy for 27 years on Fourth Avenue.

The closure was announced on the Chocolate Iguana’s Facebook page in the following post:

You still have time to visit the iconic sweets shop and wish the Conklin family well before their closure on 3/31. 

The Chocolate Iguana on 4th’s is located at 400 N. 4th Ave.

    So big business wins? No way. Send a clear message to this big business attorney: don’t spend your money at his so-called coffee shop.
